JCT 2016 Editions – Available from 30 June 2017
The Joint Contracts Tribunal (JCT) has announced that it is publishing the final tranche of its 2016 Edition standard form contracts “for despatch on 30 June 2017”.
This tranche includes the Construction Management Contract, 2016 Edition (CM 2016) and the Management Building Contract, 2016 Edition (MC 2016).
Separately, we have been advised that the Project Bank Account Documentation, 2016 Edition (PBA 2016) is freely available to download from the JCT’s website: see JCT: PBA 2016: Project Bank Account Documentation 2016 (May 2017).
