Whether you already have a sponsorship licence or looking to acquire a new one it is important to make sure it is valid at all times. If you have already got a sponsorship licence and it is coming to the end of your four years you must submit your renewal application 3 months before the expiry date, however, if you feel like you want to send the renewal application earlier you can check with the SMS (sponsorship management system) to see when the earliest you can submit your application.
