Pauline is the first point of contact for many new clients to the firm. Her role is crucial to the onboarding of new enquiries and her passion for people enables her to listen and understand a client’s concerns.

Pauline also assists in administrative tasks in the office, directing calls to the correct departments and passing over messages and important contact details. The management of correspondence and a high degree of domain knowledge, combined with her experience in customer-heavy environments makes Pauline a friendly face in the often-serious legal sector. Her goal is to ensure our clients feel comfortable and welcomed, maintaining confidentiality.
