Leah Whitehead
Trainee Solicitor
Leah joined Monarch Solicitors in July 2022 as a paralegal straight after completing her Masters and LPC at university. She is working towards gaining a training contract so that she can become a qualified solicitor.
Leah’s main areas of work are within the property and immigration department.
She currently deals with a wide range of property transactions which include:
- Residential off-plan properties;
- Leaseholds purchases/sales;
- Freehold purchases/sales;
- Right-to-buy governmental schemes;
- Shared ownership schemes;
- Transfer of equities
Leah also assists clients with their finances these have involved:
- Sharia finance;
- Standard high street lending.
- Bridging finance;
- Commercial secured lending to both companies and individuals;
- Lifetime mortgages;
- Re-mortgaging;
