Janice Cheung

Janice is a paralegal in our real estate team based in Manchester. She deals with a wide range of residential property matters, including the acquisition and disposal of both freehold and leasehold properties for national and international individuals, investors and companies, the transfer of equity and etc. She assists borrowers on real estate finance transactions and has experience working with high street banks and private lenders.

Janice obtained her LLB degree at the University of Exeter. She also got a LLM degree at Durham University. She completed her LPC (with LLM) at the University of Law in London Bloomsbury and was awarded a distinction.

Janice is originally from Hong Kong who has foreign language skills, she speaks native Cantonese and Mandarin, as well as English.
