Alan Lewis

Alan is an employment lawyer with over 30 years of experience. He has assisted directors with a variety of work, including contract drafting and negotiation, settlement agreements and employment disputes.

Sought by and quoted for professional opinions in leading media channels including the BBC, The Times, The Financial Times, The Independent, The Guardian, Personnel Today, People Management and the Employment Law Journal.

Lead presenter in training sessions for HR Directors and Managers at the BBC, ITV, G4S, BALPA (the pilots union), Boots, NatWst, Prudential Banking, the Royal Northern College of Music, The Hallé, The Professional Footballers’ Association, Football in the Community, the Institute of Couriers and many more.

Alan started his career in 1986 and has since been instrumental in some of the largest private equity deals of their time, before moving and solidifying his focus in employment law, heading up his own teams as a partner and managing director across a number of successful firms. He became a mentor in the Business Growth Hub and is committed to providing his experience through intelligent and powerful communication.
